Breed: Appendix Quarter Horse
Foaling date: April 27, 2009
Bentley was with us from
December 2019 - December 2020
This very handsome boy was surrendered to us on December 13th, 2019.
A few days ago we got a call from a Lady who was desperate about her horse.
She told us that he had a sinus infection and that she doesn´t have the money to take him to a clinic for treatment. She tried to get it under control by giving him antibiotics orally but it didn´t work.
Her only other option was to euthanize him.
We told her we would help and take him in our care.
His name is Bentley and his sinus infection needs a lavage (flushing) of the sinuses.
Since yesterday he is at our vets clinic getting prepped for Monday morning (12/16/2019) to start treatment.
He has to stay at the clinic for at least 10 days so they can lavage his sinuses every day with antibiotics.
All of this is not cheap and we are looking at a cost of around $2500.00 – 3000.00 if everything goes well, possibly even more.
This amount is a lot of money for us but the fact that Bentley is only ten years old and such a good boy made us decide to help him.
Please consider donating to us to help with this immense amount!
Our rescues have cost us a lot the last few month and our budget is small.
Don´t forget, every dollar helps! All donations are tax deductible!
